Poem written by clients of mine:

Searching the net from the sofa one day
Kathy sees a condo not far away
She says "Let's go see" directly to me
Put on shoes, get in the car, we're rolling by 3.

Nice place, I think, as we wander around
Will this be OUR place? This place that we found?
We have no idea what next we should do
We called our friend Margie, "CALL RHETA, YOU TWO!"

Hello Rheta? We were just looking...And we told her the rest
We need help and Margie has told us that you are the best.
We met and we learned and talked on the phone
And created a plan to make 4D our own.

For questions needing answers from me or from you
The first thing to ponder is "What would Rheta do?"
If we still do not know, wejust call and ask.
Then Rheta explains and assigns our next task.

We're on our way to reaching our goals
Of buying 4D without selling our souls.
"Let's stick with Rheta" I said with a grin
She'll stick with us until we're tucked in.
